Caseworker policy

Things discussed with caseworkers are kept confidential unless agreed otherwise by the person whose case it is. The caseworker group may discuss cases, without using names of individual cases to help caseworkers with cases and to highlight what CRT are doing.

When flagging up what CRT is doing, cases will be referred to in a general way. In order for those cases to remain anonymous and unidentifiable.

Caseworkers have the utmost interest in keeping your personal data confidential.
